Traverski is a non-profit organization established in 1971 with the intent to provide enjoyment for its members. The club does not intend to gain financially from its trips and events and prices are set for an overall long-term break-even point. Volunteering is the backbone of the club.

The main focus of the club's charity efforts is an annual charity auction held in March. This year's charity auction is being held on March 29, 2012 to support Mission 21. For additional info, see the flyer.
